Now I realize that there's a certain need for visual clarity, and cartoonish effects can help in that, but crizis, the OUCH effect is just too cartoony. It's straight up from the campy 50s Batman shows. The stun stars effect I don't like either. It's influenced too much Warner Bros. I don't want Warsow to look like Wild-E Coyote and Road Runner. I don't think that's the direction we should go. I propose that Warsow move in a more gritty direction, similar to Borderlands.
Given that we can choose to customize much of the game's visuals, I also suggest that we are given the option to use the old blood effects.
